This is the curandero's offering to Pachamama. Each item in the offering has a symbolic meaning, and coca leaves are spread around the outside. The paper is then folded around the offering, tied up, and burned. The smoke from the burning of the offering spreads out over the land, and this is how Pachamama accepts the offering.
